Product Line Manager

Responsibilities:

• Achieve functional KPI targets;
• Provide Value-added services to customers;
• Product costing and quotation creation with Account Manager
• Develop and implement operational changes to increase efficiency
• Customer satisfaction and profitable business performance in the PL;
• Develop and manage the relationship with customers in collaboration with AM to maximize sales;
• Product line resource coordination

Requirements:

• More than 5 years experience in related function, BA degree
• Good Commercial understanding
• Good Financial and income statement understanding.
• Good understanding of PL management (customer, profit, business, quality; leadership; SCM)
• Good skills in oral and written English and local language
• Strong result orientation
• Leadership skills
• Decision making
• Social and communication skills
• Flexibility and able to work under stress
• Learning and innovation skills
