Responsibilities
- Ensure suppliers & components that selected for programs are meeting Elcoteq Sourcing Strategies & Targets (Cost, Quality, Technology, Availability & Flexibility).
- Key sourcing representative who interface with Customer/ Account Management/ Sales Management and Product Program Management
- To link Material and Supplier related activities from early phase of the Design program until mass production (RU)
- To provide feedback for Commodity strategies
- To ensure that Sourcing activities are done according to the program milestones and Elcoteq PCMP process
Requirements
- University graduate major in electrical/mechanical or equivalent
- 5+years of working experience in multi-national companies, with at least 4 years of Sourcing or project management experience in a manufacturing plant.
- Extensive Knowledge of Personal Communication product
- Project Management.
- Risk Analysis and Pre-action plan.
- Strong analytical, teamwork and communication skill.
- Good communication in English both oral and writing.
- Good command of MS office software, especial for Excel and Powerpoint, familiar with eMatrix or other ERP system.
