Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategic business relationship with assigned account or targeted customer(s)
  • Identify short and long term customer needs and derive service offerings to win new business with customer satisfaction
  • Take overall responsibility to meet/or exceed annual financial targets and account profitability
  • Monitor project status and customer forecast & demand trend together with plant management and project manager
  • Manage proper communications between the company and customer at all levels
  • Organize periodical business review meeting according to the company and customer practices
Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree holder or equivalent
  • More than 5 years’ experience in telecom/electronic industry
  • Good understanding of EMS market; knowledge of electronics manufacturing technologies is a plus
  • Good presentation and negotiation tactics with solid contract negotiation experiences 
  • Outgoing, aggressive and strive for reaching demand
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English
  • Effective communications skills
  • Strong team player
