Elcoteq's Home Communications Business Area is looking for a

Manager, Equipment and Capacity Planning

to join the Operations and Supply Chain Management Team.
 
Main Responsibilities:

• Manage facility and layout plans, prepare for expansions & new technology rollouts,
• Manage factory level capacity planning process with special focus on SMT & Testing capacity,
• Makes sure Capexes are prepared accurately and in a timely manner in line with BA & group drivers and guidelines,
• Manages BA roadmap & platform rollouts with factories.
• Manage Maintenance processes & Maximo rollout

• University or collage degree in engineering or technology/testing
• Experience in managing Capacity planning and Equipment purchasing,
• Fluent in English
• Knowledge of capacity simulation software is an advantage
• Knowledge of CAD software is advantage
• Good communication skill
