Elcoteq's Home Communications Business Area is looking for a

Manager, Manufacturing Solution to join the Operations and Supply Chain Management Team.

Main responsibilities:

• Manage the Standard Manufacturing Block creation process for the required products,
• Manage the Shop Floor Control system definition and rollout,
• Facilitate and Support Lean factory programs,
• Lead Best Practice Sharing program,
• Identifies productivity improvement opportunities.

• University or collage degree in economics, preferably engineering or business administration
• 2-3 years experience in managing continuous improvement and lean manufacturing projects
• Fluent in English
• Knowledge of process simulation software is an advantage
• Knowledge of CAD software is advantage
• Good communication skill
