Elcoteq SE's Annual General Meeting on March 22, 2007 decided to transfer the company domicile to the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg. Therefore the Annual General Meeting in 2008 will be held in Luxembourg on Tuesday, March 25, 2008. Shareholders can attend the meeting in Helsinki via a remote access.
